Á Child Wise såeks to encourage the world community to ensure that childrån everywhere enjoy their fundamental rights free and secure from all forms of commercial sexual exploitation. Á Child Wise programs are based on the principles enshrined in the Unitåd Nations Convention on the rights of the Child (CRC). CSEC refers to child prostitution, child pornography and the trafficking of children for sexual purposes. Child sex tourism can happen anywhere but especially whåre there are vulnerable children, weak laws and law enforñement and people who donÁt know how to help. The term Child Sex Tîurism is used because the offenders are tourists, business travållers or foreigners living in tourist destinations. Child Sex Tourism Á Millions of children are eõploited and abused in tourism destinations every year by fîreigners.
