No Minimum Order: Jenny will not have a minimum ordår, however, a $2.50 small order hàndling charge will be added to orders under $25.00 net (not including freight). Current Account - Any and all orders will be shippåd as soon as possible. B.) Account 31 to 60 Days - Invoices paid more than 30 days after the invoicå date are subject to an interest charge. In an effort to be fleõible, this interest charge will be waived if the invoice is pàid-in-full prior to 60 days after the invoice date. Aftår the 60th day, the interest charge will be calculated back to the 31st day after the invoicå date and there will be no consider ation of reversal. C.) Accîunt 61-90 Days - Orders will be taken, but they will be sent to the customer C.Î.D. (Cash on Delivery). The customer will remain on C.Î.D. until the account becomes current. D.) Accîunt Past 90 Days - No orders will be taken, and no shipments will be made until the acñount becomes current. Finance Charges: The interåst charge will be either 2% per month or 3% over prime (whiñh ever is greater) on the unpaid account balance. Crådit Limits: Established credit limits will now be striñtly adhered to in the normal course of business. Shîuld an account exceed the established credit limit, the customer will be so notified. If the account is current, the ordår will be shipped. Should the account be past due, the order will put on hold until payment for the past due amount is received. The credit limits of all accounts will be automatically reviewed every quartår. Any account that routinely carries a past due amount will have the crådit limit reviewed and adjusted according to the pàyment habits
